Fried Eggs with Bulgur and Tomatoes
Fried eggs, but not the usual ones! Today we're preparing an original breakfast – with bulgur, onions, garlic, and juicy tomatoes. Garnish with spices, tomato paste, and fried eggs. It will be aromatic, filling, and delicious!

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Cumin Seed, Whole

- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and sunflower oil for 5 minutes
- Add the halved tomatoes and bulgur
- Now add the spices: salt, pepper, coriander, tomato paste, cumin, and paprika.
- Mix well, add water, add herbs, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Now take the eggs, crack them into our frying pan, add the cherry tomatoes, and fry for another 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
- Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs and you're done. Enjoy.
