  • 2 Spinach, handfuls, chopped
  • .5 cup Tomato, cherry, chopped
  • .5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, or cooking spray
