Frozen Protein Smores
This no bake treat is unbelievable and so easy to make. I would make this over and over again if I could. I put a tiny twist on mine and added peanut butter. I’m not sure if you have ever had peanut butter on s’mores, but it’s so good. This would be a great treat for the kids!

- Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in peanut butter.
- On a piece of parchment paper, line up half the graham crackers. Be sure they are touching each other. Pour melted chocolate mixture over graham crackers and place in the freezer to let it harden.
- Add the protein powder to the whipped cream, stir together. Once the chocolate is hardened, remove from freezer. Add the whipped cream mixture to the chocolate topping and spread evenly. Lay graham crackers on top to make the sandwich. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours to let it harden.
- Once the whipped cream has hardened, cut into sandwich pieces and enjoy!
Notes
I used a chocolate peanut butter for extra chocolate. Regular peanut butter would work just fine!
