Game day BBQ Chicken Tacos
These crispy chicken tacos are so easy to make and perfect for a fun game day appetizer. They are naturally gluten free, nut free and can be made dairy free by using dairy free cheese. The tacos are made on corn tortillas and topped with shredded chicken, cheese of choice and bbq sauce. The tacos come together quickly with minimal prep workDouble or triple the recipe to make a large batch of tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Breast, US Wellness Meats
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Low Sodium (Bare Bones) Chicken Bone Broth, Bare Bones
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Primal Palate Barbecue Rub
- 666 Corn Tortilla, gluten free
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Smoky BBQ Sauce, gluten free

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the chicken, bone broth and barbeque seasoning to a crock pot.
- Cook on High for 3 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and easy to shred.
- Preheat oven to 425.
- On a lined baking sheet add the corn tortillas.
- Place a spoonful of shredded chicken on each tortilla.
- Top with cheese and fold over.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown.
- Enjoy your crispy tacos immediately with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, avocado, cilantro, lime wedges, or hot sauce.
