Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Garlicky, buttery, cheesy perfection on a chicken skewer! These cook in the air fryer in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Boneless, Skinless Pastured Chicken Thighs - US Wellness Meats, Or breasts

- 7 cloves7 cloves7 cloves Garlic

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Butter, Unsalted, Or 1 stick

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder - The Spice Lab

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder - The Spice Lab

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Oregano, Dried

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Organic Parsley - Primal Palate

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Organic Sweet Paprika - Primal Palate

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1.) mix all of the spices in a bowl. (Garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper)
- 2.) cube up your chicken and pour the spice mixture ontop. Ensuring each piece is covered in the rub.
- 3.) mince your garlic cloves.
- 4.) melt the butter with the garlic cloves. Once the butter is melted mix in the Parmesan cheese.
- 5.) separate the butte mixture into two bowls.
- 6.) skewer the chicken onto kabob sticks
- 7.) once the chicken is on the kabobs use a basting brush to rub the garlic Parmesan butter onto the chicken.
- 8.) place the kabobs in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Then flip over basting with more garlic butter and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy
Notes
You can also bbq these kabobs and they would turn out amazing.
