remaining sauce ingredients
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo, may sub coconut aminos

- 1/4-1/2 cup1/4-1/2 cup1/4-1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp White Miso Paste

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar, or mirin
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger, Ground

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Pepper Flakes), optional

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Szechuan Peppercorns - Texas Salt Co., optional
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder, mixed in a little water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first choose a fruit of choice or mix & match, then to a sauce pan, add all sauce ingredients & bring to a boil.
- reduce sauce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until in thickens.
- remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, & cool.
- using an immersion blender, blend sauce until pureed.
- after pureeing, use a fine mesh strainer to get rid of any fruit chunks (optional, but makes a smoother sauce).
- store in a bottle in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- serve with any asian inspired dish!
