Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, almond flour, cornstarch, baking soda, xanthan gum, & salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl beat egg, butter, vanilla, & sugar until light in color and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Then gently fold in m&ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, and sprinkles.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to drop cookie dough onto your baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the pan for 10 minutes and then move to a cooling rack.
  7. Makes 24 cookies.
