Golden oreo Truffles (GF)
An easy holiday treat!
Ingredients
- 111 Golden Oreo, Gluten Free, Whole package
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, Room temp
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Grind oreos in a food processor until fine
- Place 2tbsp of oreos aside in a bowl
- In a large bowl combine oreos and cream cheese
- Mix thoroughly and combine until smooth
- Roll into small balls or use a small cookie scoop
- Place on parchment paper and put in the freezer for 20 minutes
- Add white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish
- Microwave in 10 second increments mixing in between
- Take your oreo truffles out of the freezer and dip them into the white chocolate
- You can drizzle them with the leftover chocolate and Sprinkle your leftover oreo crumbs for a fun decorative pattern
Notes
You can use regular chocolate oreos if you'd prefer with milk chocolate or white chocolate. You can also put your oreos in zip lock bags if you don't have a food processor and crush it with a kitchen item
