- 36 whole36 whole36 whole Oreo, Gluten-Free
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Dairy-Free Cream Cheese - Kite Hill
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Frosting - Simple Mills
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sprinkles, white, round

- Add gluten-free Oreos to a food processor and pulse to break down into crumbs.
- Add cream cheese to a bowl and beat until creamy.
- Add in cookie crumbs and beat to combine.
- Scoop out batter into your hand and shape into a square.
- Set on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes
- Melt white chocolate and add food dye of your choice to make desired color. I used red and green.
- Dip each Oreo truffle box into melted chocolate.
- Chill truffles again for 5 minutes.
- Once chocolate is firm. pipe on frosting using small frosting tip to make ribbon and bows.
- Top with sprinkles, if using.
