- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

wet ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Banana, ~3-4 very ripe
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 333 Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- to a mixing bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in all remaining wet ingredients.
- fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients; don’t over mix!
- fold in ~½-1 cup of any add-ins of choice.
- line a bread pan with parchment paper, then pour banana bread into pan.
- bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean - cover with tin foil with ~15-20 minutes left.
- allow bread to cool for 15-20 minutes, then place in the fridge for 3-4 hours to completely cool.
- slice your bread & top with whatever floats your boat!
