  1. first make strawberry salt by combing combine freeze-dried strawberry & vanilla salt in a coffee grinder.
  2. in a food processor, add dry ingredients; blitz into a powder.
  3. transfer to a bowl, then add softened nut butter (microwave for 10-15 seconds), vanilla extract & little water; combine to form a dough.
  4. fold in the add-ins.
  5. put dough in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then form into little balls (teeny tiny or big - whatever floats your boat!).
  6. roll balls in the homemade strawberry salt.
  7. store balls in the freezer to enjoy at any time.
