Ingredients
strawberry salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Strawberries
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co., or regular sea salt
dry ingredients
- 222 Strawberry Shortcake Superfood Bar - B.T.R. Nation
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter Powder, may sub 2 more T of vanilla protein powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt, i used the strawberry salt
wet ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Water, as needed
add-ins
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Strawberries

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first make strawberry salt by combing combine freeze-dried strawberry & vanilla salt in a coffee grinder.
- in a food processor, add dry ingredients; blitz into a powder.
- transfer to a bowl, then add softened nut butter (microwave for 10-15 seconds), vanilla extract & little water; combine to form a dough.
- fold in the add-ins.
- put dough in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then form into little balls (teeny tiny or big - whatever floats your boat!).
- roll balls in the homemade strawberry salt.
- store balls in the freezer to enjoy at any time.
