Green Smoothie
This smoothie is the best way to start out the day! My kids love it, especially the baby! I want to make sure they get an egg in everyday if they can and this smoothies makes sure that they do! We love this green smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, Cooked
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, cook your egg over your skillet!
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s the perfect shade of green.
- Pour into their desired cup and let them enjoy!
Notes
You can swap out the spinach for kale!
