Chicken & Sweet Potato Nuggets
If you have kids, you know that chicken nuggets are always a win. So why not make your own? These chicken and sweet potato nuggets are packed with nutrients, and that includes vegetables. These are very easy to make and only take a little bit of prepping!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sweet Potato, Cooked
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Black Pepper
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Onion Powder

- In a food processor, first add your cauliflower and pulse until it becomes tiny pieces. Toss into a bowl. Add your ground chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and spices. Mix together until everything is combined.
- Form your chicken nuggets and place them into an air fryer or oven if you prefer.
- Cool at 350 for approximately 8-10 minutes per side, depending on your oven or air fryer. Raise the temperature to make them crispier!
