If you have kids, you know that chicken nuggets are always a win. So why not make your own? These chicken and sweet potato nuggets are packed with nutrients, and that includes vegetables. These are very easy to make and only take a little bit of prepping!

  1. In a food processor, first add your cauliflower and pulse until it becomes tiny pieces. Toss into a bowl. Add your ground chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and spices. Mix together until everything is combined.
  2. Form your chicken nuggets and place them into an air fryer or oven if you prefer.
  3. Cool at 350 for approximately 8-10 minutes per side, depending on your oven or air fryer. Raise the temperature to make them crispier!
  4. Enjoy!
