Healthy Apple Nachos

- 4 tsp4 tsp4 tsp Hazelnut Butter, (or caramel sauce)

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, (Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments)

- 4 tsp4 tsp4 tsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashews, Raw, (chopped)
