Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix brownie dough ingredients together until smooth
- Refrigerate 10-20 min for easier rolling
- Slice open 8 dates and remove pit
- Roll dough into 8 balls and press inside the dates
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter (or can use 2 tbsp chocolate & 4 tbsp coconut cream for the ganache) until smooth
- Drizzle overtop dates, and top with dye free chocolate gems or sprinkles
- Refrigerate until ganache is firm, about 15min+
- Enjoy!
