Healthy Shamrock Shake (Vegan)
This heathy shamrock smoothie would be a great start to your day , especially for St Patrick’s Day ! It gets a protein boost from silken tofu so is vegan. It also has superfoods like moringa and spirulina in addition to greens. Delicious, refreshing and super healthy !
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Ripe
- 10 whole10 whole10 whole Mint Leaves, A handful
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baby Spinach
- 150 grams150 grams150 grams Silken Tofu
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Coconut Water
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Ginger Root, Optional
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Ice Cubes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend well till smooth
- Serve cold and top with coconut cream if desired
Notes
Add Honey if you like it sweeter , I didn't add any as the banana and coconut water was sweet enough for me. Optional add ons are protein powder, vanilla extract or milk of choice instead of the coconut water
