Nutritious, thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet copycat McDonald's "m&m" McFlurry! With hidden veggies, a protein boost, and dye free chocolate gems, this is one remake you dive right into! Here are a few of the dye free chocolate gems I like

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Soak your cashews in boiling water for 20min + to soften them
  2. Blend everything together, expect for chocolate gems, until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed, but don't add more liquid unless you're willing to make it more milkshake consistency
  3. Add dye free chocolate gems and give another quick pulse to mix them in
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Cashews add to the thickness / creaminess without adding more banana. You can also use frozen avocado or tofu to achieve this consistency you can sub the banana or cashews for 1/2 cup coconut cream (just the thick part) if you don't have medjool dates you can use 2-3 tbsp pure maple or medjool date syrup (test for sweetness and add more if needed) you can blend, place in freezer, then blend again a couple hours later to make it even thicker to DQ blizzard type consistency
