Peanut Butter Pumpkins
Imagine biting into a ball of peanut butter cookie dough, and allowing that to melt right into your tongue. These are delicious, and with a touch of all natural orange dye, and dye free candy stems, they will be a hit at your next fall party!
Ingredients
Dough
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup 0.75 cupPeanut Butter
- .5 cup.5 cup .5 cupBlanched Almond Flour
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup 0.333 cupVanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup .25 cupMedjool Date Syrup
- .5 tsp.5 tsp .5 tspPure Vanilla Extract
- .25 tsp.25 tsp .25 tspSea Salt
- Artificial Dye-Free Food Coloring, (I used ColorKitchen Foods orange dye)
Stems
- Unreal Chocolate Gems, green only




Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine dough ingredients and roll into balls
- Use a toothpick to make pumpkin ridges
- Top with Unreal Snacks green chocolate gems (no artificial colors) and enjoy!
