High Protein Pumpkin French Toast Sticks
A fall festive high protein spin on a classic sweet breakfast! These French toast sticks are insanely delicious, and you won't believe the secret ingredient.
Ingredients
- 666 Bread, slices, cut into strips
- 222 Eggs, pasture-raised
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cottage Cheese, pasture-raised
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pumpkin Purée
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Real Salt - Redmond
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat pan over medium.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, salt in a mini processor
- Pour mixture into bowl, or do what I did and dip bread in the processor bowl 🙂
- Dip sticks one by one, soaking for 1 minute each side
- Cook 3-5 minutes each side or until crispy
- Serve with your favorite toppings, I did maple syrup ofc!
