Cheesy and bursting with flavor, and also ample protein to keep you satiated and your blood sugar stable! This makes for a great addition to the football spread. It tastes great with some bell peppers as dippers, but of course your favorite salty chip, too!

  1. Cook ground beef, drain, and set aside
  2. Blend cottage cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and water until smooth
  3. Pour into a large bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals for 1 1/2-2 minutes total until cheese is melted
  4. Add ground beef and diced chilis and stir to combine
  5. Serve right away with chopped bell peppers, tortilla chips, corn dippers, etc
  6. Keep stored in the fridge and reheat prior to enjoying
