High Protein Sugar Cookie Bars
What a sweet treat this is for your picky toddlers. They will think they are eating cake or cookies, but truly, they’re eating a nutritious snack. This is packed with protein and absolutely delicious. The kids will love it!
Ingredients

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Or Plain
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Whipped Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 cake pan. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk together until your batter is formed! Pour into the greased cake pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
- Frost it with your choice of frosting. We chose the whipped cream frosting above!
