What a sweet treat this is for your picky toddlers. They will think they are eating cake or cookies, but truly, they’re eating a nutritious snack. This is packed with protein and absolutely delicious. The kids will love it!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 cake pan. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk together until your batter is formed! Pour into the greased cake pan.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  4. Frost it with your choice of frosting. We chose the whipped cream frosting above!
