Homemade Chocolate Bark
This homemade chocolate bark is made with dark chocolate and a variety of superfoods for a satisfying dessert. It's not only delicious, but highly nutritious and easy to make. This chocolate bark recipe is paleo friendly, gluten free, dairy free and easily made vegan.

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Four Sigmatic Organic Mushroom Blend
- 5 whole5 whole5 whole Brazil Nuts, chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Organic, Raw Cacao Nibs
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Bee Pollen

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate. You can do this in the microwave at 20 second intervals, stirring between. Or on the stovetop, over low heat.
- Once the chocolate is melted, mix in the mushroom powder.
- Pour the chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Spread out to about ¼ inches thick.
- Add the toppings*
- Place the bark in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes to set.
- Cut bark to desired size.
- Store in a sealed container or baggie at room temperature, the fridge or freezer.
Notes
*Topping quantities are an estimate. Feel free to add more or less of any item.
