Mango Yogurt Popsicles
These healthy mango popsicles are creamy, with a sweet mango flavor - the perfect summer dessert. They are made with just 6 ingredients, blended and then poured into a popsicle mold and frozen.

- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Mango, fresh or frozen*
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk Yogurt, (or any unsweetened yogurt)
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Unflavored Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Real Salt - Redmond

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and well pulverized.
- Pour the popsicle mixture into your popsicle mold. Add the popsicle sticks.
- Place the popsicles in the freezer and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!
Notes
For vegan mango popsicles, be sure to use dairy free yogurt, swap the honey for maple syrup and omit the collagen or swap it with a plant based protein. If not dairy free, using a Greek yogurt would be perfect for this recipe! It will make these popsicles ultra creamy. *If using frozen mango, defrost the mango before using.
