Homemade Cool Ranch Doritos
These babies are gluten free, have no inflammatory oils, and are ready in 15 minutes! This recipe serves 2-3 and are best served right away, as in, a great make for game night for friends or fam! However they can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for a min to re-crisp
Ingredients
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Corn Tortilla
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- .75 tsp.75 tsp.75 tsp Paprika
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Dill
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dried Chives

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Brush tortillas with avocado oil on both sides
- Slice each into 6-8 chips
- Spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 12 min, flipping half way through
- Give a quick spray of avocado oil spray and place cooked chips in a paper or silicone bag, add spices, and give a shake to coat the chips
- Enjoy right away!

AHHH, these are my fav chips in the world! Will need to try these out since the originals aren’t safe for me with Celiac! Can’t wait!
