Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with avocado oil and set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes, or until fully cooked. Broil for 2 min to get them extra crispy.

Marinara Sauce

  1. Sautee onion, fresh garlic, dry basil and dry oregano in olive oil on high heat until translucent and the garlic starts to brown on the edges.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper additional garlic and simmer over low heat with the lid partially covered to allow steam to escape for approximately 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Add fresh basil during the final minutes of cooking.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
