  • 3 lb Chicken Wings, (cut into drumsticks and flat wings)
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, (aluminum free)
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • .5 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  Pepper (to taste)
  • .25 cup Hot Sauce, (Frank's Red Hot)
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (Melted; use vegan butter for dairy-free), Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder

  1. Preheat oven to 425u00b0.
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. Toss them with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, use a spoon to mix the hot sauce, melted butter, honey and chili powder until well combined.
  5. Toss wings with the sauce. Return to the oven for a few minutes to let the sauce set.or broil for the last 2-3 minutes for an extra crispy coating.
