Honey Sriracha Meatballs
If you like spicy then this meal is for you! If you don't like spice then just reduce the amount of sriracha in the sauce! I have been on a big air fryer kick lately but these meatballs can also be cooked in the oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes!
Ingredients
For the meatballs:
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (click for recipe)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
For the glaze:
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, minced
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cornstarch
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper.
- Shape into meatballs (it should make 10-12) and place in an Air Fryer at 375F. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- In another bowl, combine sriracha, honey, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Put a pan over medium heat and add in your sauce. 2 minutes before your meatballs are done, combine the cornstarch and water and add to the sauce, making sure to stir frequently as the sauce thickens.
- When the meatballs are done in the air fryer, add them to the pan on the stove and toss in the sauce.
- Serve with rice and veggies!
