Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the almond flour with Italian seasoning and sea salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, turkey, pepperoni, almond flour combo, egg, and parmesan cheese (if using). Using your hands, mix well so everything is well incorporated.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into 2 inch round balls. Place on the baking sheet (they can be very close together so the meatballs all fit).
  5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
  6. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can also use nut crumbs (Italian flavor) in place of the almond flour mixture.
