- 0.50.50.5 Honeydew Melon, seeded
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water, plus more if needed for blending
- 111 Persian Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey, plus more if desired

- 111 Lime, juiced

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Remove the honeydew rind and cut the fruit into cubes.
- Place into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze it. It should take about 3 hours to freeze, but you could also freeze it overnight.
- Add water to a blender, followed by the cucumber, yogurt, honey, lime juice, salt, and frozen honeydew.
- Blend until smooth. If it has trouble blending, use a tamper or add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Taste for sweetness and add more honey if desired (if your cucumber is bitter, you might want more). Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Notes
Prep time includes 15 minutes for chopping ingredients plus 3 hours to freeze the honeydew.
