- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pecans
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Medjool Dates, pitted
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Carrots, moisture squeezed out, grated
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
Frosting
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cream Cheese, Full Fat, softened
Process
