- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Cashews, Raw, about 3.5 cups

- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Honey

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Hot Crispy Oil, Original - Hot Crispy Oil

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sea Salt

- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg white and water until foamy. Add cashews and toss to evenly coat.
- Strain cashews to remove excess egg white mixture.
- Add cashews back to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
- Pour nuts onto a baking sheet in a single layer, bake for 1 hour.
- Let cool on baking sheet completely, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
