  1. Whisk egg in a bowl large enough to hold chicken pieces
  2. In another bowl, mis flour, arrowroot, salt, garlic & paprika
  3. Place chicken in egg & coat well
  4. Then coat chicken in flour mix
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet
  6. Cook chicken 5 minutes without moving or until golden
  7. Flip & cook 5 minutes more & move to a plate
  8. Discard all but 1 tbsp of oil
  9. Add onions, brussels & carrots to pan, cooking & stirring about 10 minutes
  10. Add chicken & chili sauce to pan
  11. Stir & cover & cook on medium low for 10 minutes more
  12. Add cashews & stir in
