Spicy Sesame Stir Fry
This delicious, flavorful, and spicy stir fry is great when you want a quick weeknight meal. You can eat this on it's own, or enjoy this as a filling for lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Savoy Cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup White Mushrooms, Raw, sliced
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Citrus Stir Fry Seasoning - Primal Palate
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 cups1 1/2 cups1 1/2 cups Cauliflower, grated
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Hot Crispy Oil, Original - Hot Crispy Oil
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Green Onion (Scallion), chopped thin
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Peanuts, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat the olive oil in a saute pan.
- Add the cabbage, onion and mushrooms to the saute pan, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Add the ground chicken to the pan, and break up the meat into small pieces with a spatula as you brown it. Cook it along with the veggies while stirring until the chicken is fully browned.
- Season the ground chicken and veggies with the Citrus Stir Fry Seasoning.
- Drizzle the Jozo tamari over the mixture, along with the coconut aminos, and toasted sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the grated cauliflower, and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Stir often.
- Drizzle the hot crispy oil over the stir fry, and stir to combine.
- Mix in the chopped scallion and peanuts, and serve on it's own, or with lettuce wraps.
