  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425F.
  2. In a small bowl mix your seasonings.
  3. Pat your chicken dry.
  4. This step is crucial so make sure you do, especially if you choose to wash it.
  5. Add your seasoning to your chicken and mix thoroughly.
  6. If your chicken hasn’t changed colour, adjust for seasoning.
  7. I sometimes like to add more paprika and garlic powder.
  8. Place a wire rack on a lined baking sheet.
  9. Lining it will help keep your pan clean from drippings.
  10. Place your chicken wings on and then In the oven for 40 to 50 mins.
  11. After 20-22 mins turn your chicken wings over and back in the oven for 20-22 mins.
  12. If you find your chicken wings still aren’t crispy enough, place them back in for 5-10 mins.
  13. In a skillet, melt your butter, then add the red pepper flakes.
  14. Let that simmer for 2-3 mins.
  15. Add your honey and bring to a boil.
  16. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 mins or until thick syrupy consistency.
  17. Add to your chicken wings and toss in a bowl. Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
