Hot Honey Chicken Wing Sauce

- Pre-heat your oven to 425F.
- In a small bowl mix your seasonings.
- Pat your chicken dry.
- This step is crucial so make sure you do, especially if you choose to wash it.
- Add your seasoning to your chicken and mix thoroughly.
- If your chicken hasn’t changed colour, adjust for seasoning.
- I sometimes like to add more paprika and garlic powder.
- Place a wire rack on a lined baking sheet.
- Lining it will help keep your pan clean from drippings.
- Place your chicken wings on and then In the oven for 40 to 50 mins.
- After 20-22 mins turn your chicken wings over and back in the oven for 20-22 mins.
- If you find your chicken wings still aren’t crispy enough, place them back in for 5-10 mins.
- In a skillet, melt your butter, then add the red pepper flakes.
- Let that simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Add your honey and bring to a boil.
- Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 mins or until thick syrupy consistency.
- Add to your chicken wings and toss in a bowl. Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
