Hot Honey & Proscuitto Crostini
Ever heard of hot honey before? If you haven't, you're not alone, this was my first time trying it. The verdict? DELICIOUS. One bite is all it takes to fall in love. Here is my easy Proscuitto & hot honey crostini recipe for you to impress all of your friends!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Hot Honey (Zoë Olive Oil)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tuscan Herbs Infused Olive Oil (Zoë Olive Oil)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Baguette, sliced
- 250 gram250 gram250 gram Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
- 250 gram250 gram250 gram Brie Cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Arugula, for garnish

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut your baguette into slices
- Lightly dress them with salt, pepper & your Tuscan olive oil
- Bake the slices of baguette at 350 for about 10min in the oven on a tray lined with parchment paper
- Once golden brown, set aside to cool completely
- Spread even slices of your brie cheese onto each crostini slice
- Layer a few slices of your apple to the brie
- Add half of a prosciutto slice to each crostini slice
- Add a small dab of your hot honey to the prosciutto
- Add your arugula for the final layer
- Top off with more hot honey
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can use a mandolin to slice your apples easily!
