Olive Oil & Coconut Lemonade
YEP! You can use your olive oil for cocktails too!!! How fun is this? Such an easy way to elevate your summer drinks.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp 3 TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, (zoë olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp 1 Tbspunsweetened Coconut Flakes, (for garnish)
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole 0.5 wholeLemon, juiced
- 1 pieces1 pieces 1 piecesLemon, sliced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp 3 TbspPure Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp 3 TbspCoconut Rum
- 1.2 cup1.2 cup 1.2 cupWater
- 4 whole4 whole 4 wholeIce cubes

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a glass of your choice, garnish with coconut flakes using the juice from a lemon around the rim
- Add your coconut rum, maple syrup, juiced lemon, water and mix well
- Top it off with your olive oil and watch the bubbles come to the surface!
- Add in your ice cubes and slice of lemon, enjoy cold!
