is it an omelet or an egg pancake? either way, it's delicious, nutritious, & something I look forward to eating every single morning! I LOVE jerky sticks & all of the flavors from the new primal + chomps.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. to a small skillet, add diced jerky & turn skillet to medium heat.
  2. in a bowl, whisk together eggs, nutritional yeast, salt, & pepper.
  3. pour eggs over jerky, then add a fitted lid on top.
  4. cook eggs for 4-5 minute or until it starts to puff up.
  5. once it puffs, remove lid & flip omelet.
  6. option to fold omelet in half or enjoy like a giant pancake.
