Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. add all ingredients for KC strip steak marinade to a large zip-lock bag & marinate for a minimum of 1 hr, up to 12.
  2. add steaks to a grill & cook until reaches desired doneness.
  3. rest steak for 10 minutes, then thinly slice against the grain.
  4. in a large pan, saute onions & mushrooms with a little avocado oil for 6-8 minutes.
  5. add in cauliflower rice & cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  6. stir pesto, water, & ½ cheese into rice mixture.
  7. top with extra parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, & fresh basil
  8. serve with a KC strip on top.
