Kim’s Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend
Kim’s gluten free all purpose flour blend is perfect for cakes, cookies, quick breads, and anything else you’d want to make gluten free! It’s not gritty and is much better than any store bought blend you’ll find. I often make 10-20 cups of each flour blend at a time and store it in a large container (because I do so much baking).
Ingredients
- 201 gram201 gram201 gram Superfine White Rice Flour
- 76 gram76 gram76 gram Cornstarch, (substitute arrowroot starch for corn free)
- 63 gram63 gram63 gram Tapioca Starch
- 59 gram59 gram59 gram Non-Fat Milk Powder, (substitute coconut milk powder or soy milk powder for dairy free)
- 13 gram13 gram13 gram Potato Starch
- 8 gram8 gram8 gram Xanthan Gum
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients and whisk to incorporate well. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
