everything but the kitchen sink… literally.🍫🥜

this protein bark layers chocolate + peanut butter, BTR nation bars, protein cereal, salty chips, & grain-free pretzels — then gets finished with an INSANE cookie crumble made from my kitchen sink protein cookie dough balls (crumbled instead of rolled for max texture 🤌).

this is the epitome of my dream snack drawer all in one recipe that is high-protein, high-fiber, sugar-free, gluten-free, & genuinely NEXT LEVEL!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. make a batch of my kitchen sink protein cookie dough balls, but only use 1-2 t of water to reach more of crumbly consistency, rather than rolling into balls.
  2. freeze crumble until ready to add in below.
  3. preheat oven to 350.
  4. to a sheet pan, add protein cereal, plantain chips, fit joy pretzels, & BTR pb crunch bars.
  5. in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
  6. stir in remaining “toffee” ingredients & mix until everything is dissolved.
  7. pour toffee mixture over cereal, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. remove from oven.
  9. to make pb chocolate collagen ganache: melt dark chocolate chips & peanut butter → mix in chocolate collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency
  10. pour & spread an even layer of the ganache over bark.
  11. cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle kitchen sink crumble on top & lightly press in.
  12. allow to cool, then place in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes before breaking into bark pieces.
