I don’t like to waste food, so when I saw this bag had mostly broken pretzels (womp womp) I decided to figure out a way to use them. So I took my love of cottage cheese, no bake treats, and my desire to reduce food waste and created these chocolate protein pretzel clusters.

This 4 ingredient no bake treat has protein not only from the cottage cheese but also from chocolate protein powder, and let me tell you these truly are a real TREAT!!

This is the protein powder I used in this recipe (JOYFUL saves $) but I also love using this one (JOYFUL12 saves $).

  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl. On a parchment lined baking sheet, plop the mixture into clusters (about 1/4 of a cup) and freeze for 20 min. Store in fridge or freezer.
