  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. add the siete spicy dill pickle chips, monk fruit, cilantro, nashville hot seasoning, & dried dill to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
  3. to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients.
  4. using a small cookie scoop, make mini meatballs (~80-100).
  5. place meatballs on a lined baking dish, then bake for ~15 minutes.

dill pickle salad

  1. in a bowl, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.

hot whipped goat cheese dip

  1. in a food processor, combine all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.
