Loaded Raspberry Pops
These FOUR ingredient pops come together in minutes and have crave-worthy layers made of indulgent chocolate, fresh juicy raspberries, protein- rich creamy peanut butter, and calcium rich Greek yogurt. My kids love when I make this for an after-school snack because they're so delicious and everything is more fun on a popsicle stick!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Coconut Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay popsicle sticks down and spread 1 tbsp chocolate in a circular motion at the top of the popsicle stick.
- Place your raspberries on top of the chocolate in a single row.
- Add a tbsp peanut butter on top, followed by a tbsp Greek yogurt.
- Cover with another tbsp melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 15+ minutes, and enjoy!
