Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Soy Milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Granulated Stevia
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mango, chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt

- Blend all your oats ingredients until smooth and combined.
- Add chopped mango to a jar/container.
- Pour blended oats mixture over the mango.
- Top with yoghurt, more chopped mango, and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
Notes
Can use any yoghurt/milk of choice - I always opt for one that is calcium-fortified to get those essential nutrients. Feel free to add 2tbsp protein powder for a higher protein breakfast
