It only takes a few fresh ingredients to make this fantastic dish, so let's get into it!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your orzo according to the package instructions.
  2. Prep and chop your cucumber, grape tomatoes, garlic, and red onion.
  3. Place in a large mixing bowl and toss with the juice of one lemon. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the orzo is cooked, drain the water and toss the orzo with olive oil. Once it has cooled slightly, add into the vegetable mixture along with the feta cheese.
  5. Top with parsley if desired and serve! Dish can be served warm or cold and is best accompanied with chicken, salmon, or lamb!
