Microwave Fudge
This microwave fudge is rich, decadent, and chocolaty! It takes only 5 minutes to prep. Only 3 main ingredients are needed. Fudge has never been so quick, easy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 111 Sweetened Condensed Milk, can (14 ounces)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- Mini Marshmallows, nuts, dried fruit

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave the bowl on high for 1 minute.
- Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- If the chocolate chips are not fully melted, return the bowl to the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- If desired, add in any optional add-ins, such as chopped nuts, marshmallows, or dried fruit. Stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the fudge mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Smooth the top of the fudge with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it becomes firm and set.
- Once the fudge is chilled and firm, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into small squares or desired shapes.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade microwave fudge! Garnish with sea salt.
Notes
Use a brand of chocolate chips that melt easily. Melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until fully creamy. Microwave for 60 seconds, then in 30-second increments as needed. Stop and stir to prevent burning. Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
