- 111 Cucumber, sliced

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Roasting the beets

- Add your beets spread evenly into your air fryer on the roast setting for 10 minutes
