- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Honey, 1-2 tsp to taste
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side (medium-rare.) Let rest, then slice thinly.
