No Bake Black Bean Bars
These no bake black bean snack bars are a great source of fiber, and a great snack to have on hand!

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Black Beans
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Milk, dairy free or regular
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Medjool Dates, pitted
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything together in a food processor until smooth (there may be some small pieces of date/beans and that's totally fine!(
- Once smooth, line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press mixture evenly into the pan.
- Pop in freezer for about 10-15 min to set.
- Cut, and enjoy right away...like, you don’t need to wait for these to cool...take advantage. Store in fridge!
