No Bake Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches
You can say hello summer with this delicious treat! These no bake cookie dough ice cream sandwiches may be the perfect summer treat for everyone. They are easy to make, call for minimal ingredients and are going to be loved by everyone! They’re so tasty and way healthier than any ice cream sandwich you will find in the store. Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, gluten free all purpose flour, coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix together until the cookie dough texture forms.
- 2. Fold in chocolate chips.
- 3. On a piece of parchment paper, spread cookie dough batter and press into a square. Fold the parchment paper over to cover the top. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- 4. Remove from freezer and slice into squares. Scoop ice cream onto a square and make a sandwich. Place back in the freezer until ice cream hardens.
- 5. Enjoy!
